Bringing a machine into your plant in 5 steps
Site survey and needs analysis
We inspect your plant on site and select machines together according to the pallet types you produce and your target capacity.
Line design
We show machine layout, material flow and energy requirements on drawings and clarify them before you invest.
Installation and commissioning
Shipment, assembly and the first production trial are carried out by our team; the machine is handed over in working order.
Operator training
We train your operators and maintenance staff in operation, safety and daily maintenance.
Service and spare parts
Remote support or on-site service after a fault report; saw blades, knives and consumable parts are shipped from stock.
Machine stopped? Write to us right away
Briefly describe the model code and the fault. Our service team first provides remote support and, if necessary, is on site within 48 hours anywhere in Türkiye.
Warranty and installation
How long is the warranty?
All our machines come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Consumables (saw blades, knives, belts) are not covered by the warranty.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. For production lines, installation and operator training are included in the quotation; for single machines they are planned on request.
