Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices on the site include 20% VAT. Shipping and installation are not included in the price; they are calculated separately according to your address.
How can I pay?
We currently accept orders by bank transfer. After your order is placed, our IBAN details are sent to you by e-mail, and shipment is planned once payment is confirmed. Credit card payment will be added soon.
How is the shipping cost determined?
It is calculated according to the weight and dimensions of the machine and the delivery address, and submitted for your written approval before dispatch.
Why do production lines have no listed price?
Lines such as PCM and FMCIH are designed according to capacity, pallet size and plant layout. When you fill in the quotation form, our sales team gets back to you within 24 hours.
How long is the warranty?
All our machines come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Consumables (saw blades, knives, belts) are not covered by the warranty.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. For production lines, installation and operator training are included in the quotation; for single machines they are planned on request.
