Delivery and payment
Payment. After your order is placed, our IBAN details are sent to you by e-mail. You can pay by bank transfer, writing your order number in the description. Shipment is planned once payment is confirmed.
Shipping. Not included in the price. It is calculated according to the weight of the machine and the delivery address and submitted for your written approval before dispatch.
Installation and training. Optional for single machines, included in the quotation for production lines.
Warranty. 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Consumables such as saw blades, knives and belts are not covered.
